What are the available payment method?

Kawarii accepts MBway, Paypal, Direct Bank Transfer, Stripe, Klarna, EPS, Giropay, iDEAL, P24, SOFORT, Bancontact and SEPA DIrect Debit.


Do you ship to my location?

We currently ship to all EU countries and UK. If you're outside of these area, you can contact us directly. If it's not too difficult, We'll try to help  ͒(•̀ᴗ•́)و ̑̑


Shipping: Mondial Relay pick-up

After you place your order, you'll receive an official email sent by Mondial Relay (or InPost) for you to confirm your pick-up location. It might take a few hours. Once the pick-up point is confirmed, your purchased items will be shipped in two working days.


Shipping: DPD / CTT

You'll choose your DPD pick-up location at the check-out page. Your purchased items will be shipped in two working days.


When are you going to ship my items?

Once your payment and your Pick-up point (or mailing address) are confirmed. Your items will be shipped in 2 working days.

Do you hold a lot of stocks?

No, I don't. A lot of times I only have one of them, so grab them before someone else does - =͟͟͞͞ ( ꒪౪꒪)ฅ✧!

Are your items authentic (plushies, figures, etc?)

Yes! All of my items are 100% authentic and 100% licensed. Official promotional photos are included in the items' photo album.


Are you a registered business?

Kawarii is owned by a registered individual business owner in Portugal! Soon we can have more payment and shipping options! Please continue to support Kawarii づ๑•ᴗ•๑)づ♡


What if I need to cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order please send us an email ASAP at [email protected]. Please note we might not be available to response all the time, and requests to change your order may not be answered until the following day. 

Also certain order cancellation requests will not be honored if they are received more than 12 hours (after the initial order is made). As we might have shipped the items already.


My package was returned to sender, what do I do?

If your tracking shows that your package was returned to us, we will contact you once it arrives back in our hands. Please be sure to look out for an email from kawarii.com. 

For any package returned due to our own mistake (such as failure to adjust addresses upon request etc), we will ship the package back to you on our behalf. 

However, for all other returned packages (incorrect information provided at checkout etc), we will need to collect shipping fees to send it back to you, as the postage for the initial shipment was used and cannot be re-applied.


How do you handle Returns/Exchanges?

Due to the nature of the items and their limited availability, items are sold as is and we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges unless the order is incorrect due to our error. All sales here are final. Thanks for your understanding.


What if I have Incorrect/Missing/ Damaged items?

If you are missing an item or have received an incorrect item with your order, please let us know by email.

All our items are inspected by carefully before shipping to you. If the item appears to have manufacturing defect that we didn't notice, please send us an email including the following information:

Defective item 

Description of the defect(s) 

Picture of the defect(s) 

We'll try our best to sort it out for us.
